The girls at Brooke Jewelers in Middlesboro Mall are very nice. Tracy Michael sold me my earrings and let me try them on. She was so patient and also suggested that I get the protection plan which I did. Me and My husband love having our account there. Bought my wedding rings there and I got the rings of my dreams!! They shine and sparkle, thanks to the cleaner they give you to clean them with. The girls at Middlesboro are such sweet girls…my favorite jewelry store! Keep it up girls..thanks.Jamie

Great Service

I shop where ever I get the best price and service. I generally try henderson businesses first. Unfortunately they sometimes are not always able to provide the best value but generally provide good service. However, when ever I have visited the Rogers Store in henderson, they have always either had exactly what I needed or they would even have someone go and get it and bring it back from evansville. Once they even gave me money to go to McDonald and get a drink while someone brought a watch battery back for me. You see they were out of stock. But instead of sending over to Evansville, they made sure I was taken care of and brought it back.

I have always had the best service and warrantee support from them. Even on the smallest of items.

I will continue to shop and support local business and Always shop at Rogers Jewelers.

I think others could learn a lesson or 2 from the ladies at the Henderson Store

I have had nothing but professional service each and every time I have shopped at Rogers. I think that is due to their commitment to the customer by offering high quality goods backed by excellent customer service. I will continue to back Roger’s jewelers by making all of my purchases there and I encourage other’s to do the same!

Brooke Jewelers…One word…EXCELLENCE

I have nothing but positive things to say about my local hometown jeweler. I had been looking for that perfect upcoming 10 year anniversary gift for quite some time. Yes I shopped at their competitor first (name beginning with K) but found that I was not even greeted or acknowledged when I walked through “that door”. I looked around for several minutes, still no one acted like I was even there. They just sat behind the counter and talked amongst themselves and ate their dinner. This upset me so I decided to go down to BROOKE JEWELERS and see what they had. Immediately upon walking in the entrance I was greeted and welcomed with a warm smile and generosity. They answered any question that I had and showed me many pieces without getting annoyed with me. All of this meant alot, being I was treated not so friendly at their competitor. To make a long story short, I made the perfect purchase at an amazing price that day with BROOKE JEWELERS and I have shopped there ever since :o)
