We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rogers and Brooke Jewelers so we give you a Lifetime Guarantee with every purchase of a diamond.
Your Warranty covers the replacement of any diamond lost from the jewelry purchased and that is described on your certificate that is given when you purchase. We do require that you have your jewelry inspected by an employee in any of our Rogers Jewlers or Brooke Jewelers locations every 6 months and that there is no damage (outside of normal wear and tear) to the mounting.
This guarantee will remain in effect on your purchase so long as the 6 month service record is maintained and the described jewelry item is not subject to unreasonable abuse and has not been sized or repaired at any other jeweler except Rogers or Brooke Jewelers.
Rogers and Brooke Jewelers further guarantee Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection of your jewelry at any of our convenient locations.

 

 

Rogers and Brooke Jewelers guarantees the diamonds are all-natural, and have never been drilled or fracture filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. In addition, we will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your diamond towards the purchase of another diamond, provided you spend double the original purchase price. Please retain and show your original sales slip at time of trade-in.


How to Care for your Diamond

Take advantage of the free inspection and cleaning by anyone of our Rogers or Brooke employees. Between professional cleanings, your diamond’s maximum brilliance can be maintained with our specially formulated Jewelry Cleaner. Dip your ring in the cleaner solution, and then brush the diamond with a soft, clean brush. Wipe with a soft towel. Follow these few easy tips and your diamond will remain as beautiful as the day you bought it, for years to come.

Inspection and Cleaning

Remember to keep your diamond looking new and to keep your Lifetime Warranty in effect, your diamond ring must be inspected and professionally cleaned every six months and the inspection verified in writing on the back of the warranty form. Any associate from any of our store locations will be able to do this at no charge. In addition to the required inspections, please feel free to bring your ring in at any time for professional cleaning and inspection. Be sure to bring your certificate with you when you have your diamond cleaned and inspected.
Should the Rogers and Brooke Jewelers purchase be repaired or modified by a person or another jeweler all warranties and guarantees herein shall be void and of no further force or effect whatsoever.
