Rogers and Brooke Jewelers is a family-owned fine jewelry store that has served customers in Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee for over 75 years.  Our mission is simple: to provide each customer with the attention and respect that they deserve.  We want to build customers for life.
We are a full-service jewelry store. In addition to selling beautiful jewelry, we also offer to our customers a variety of services, from repair, to sizing.


15 Day Returns and 30 Day Exchanges
Rogers Jewelers and Brooke Jewelers Policy and Procedures for Returns and exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will return the item within 15 days of original purchase date or we will exchange your purchase for up to 30 Days. All merchandise must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
No exchange or refund will be issued on altered, closeout, engraved, sized, special ordered or custom-made merchandise.


Jewelry Repair
If it’s broken we can fix it. Our master jewelers can repair almost anything.


Watch Repair & Batteries
We offer accurate watch repairs and battery changing.                                           


Warranties
We stand behind what we sell and offer a Lifetime Diamond Warranty. We expect that you will take reasonable care of your jewelry and you must allow us to clean and inspect your jewelry every six months to keep your warranty valid.


Financing
We offer several options to be able to buy your perfect ring.
We proudly offer GE Financing and encourage you to come in and apply for our GE Elite Membership Plan. Becoming a member of the GE Elite Membership plan will give you a choice of saving 10% today on your purchase or interest free for 6 months plus we will notify you of any upcoming sales or events that we have going on in our stores. We also have Layaway available. We’re eager to help you walk out of our store wearing the jewelry you want and deserve!!


Trade-In
If you trade in a diamond purchased from Rogers or Brooke Jewelers, you only have to pay 50% more than what you paid for the original diamond. To save you money, we don’t increase the trade-in value. Some stores make it sound like it’s a good deal for you but it probably isn’t. If it isn’t a Rogers or Brooke diamond we can still take it in on trade you simply have to spend double its trade in value. We generally evaluate outside trades at what we would sell the item for at retail. 


Cleaning
We’ll clean your rings and jewelry anytime for FREE, whether it is from Rogers or Brooke Jewelers or not. The best advertising for us is your sparkling jewels. When we clean your ring we inspect it for damage and may suggest repairs to keep your jewelry looking brand new.

Free Gift Wrap
Anything you buy comes with our signature wrap. We believe that the outside of the box should be as beautiful as what is inside.  You don’t pay more for the Rogers and Brooke box-there is just more in it.


Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with an appraisal at no charge for any new piece or older piece of jewelry that you purchased from Rogers or Brooke Jewelers.  We want your jewelry to be protected, and we strongly encourage you to insure your fine jewelry. 


Insurance Replacement
There is nothing worse than losing a piece of jewelry. We encourage all of our guests to insure their jewelry either through a separate homeowners jewelry rider, renters insurance.


Diamond Quality Assurance
Conflict Free Diamonds
Rogers and Brooke Jewelers Position & Promise To You:  We buy as many diamonds from sight holders as possible. This means that the diamonds are purchased from companies that own the mine and are not on the open market. We can trace every step each diamond has taken, from mine to showcase. Also, all vendors that we buy from, sight holder or not, issue a System of Warranties statement on each invoice which ensures that their diamonds are guaranteed to be conflict free. Rogers Jewelers and Brooke Jewelers is a member of The Leading Jewelers Guild of America. This Guild requires our wholesale partners to sign conflict free agreements.
All Rogers and Brooke locations have a conflict free policy.
